As Project Manager (Fan Experience), you’ll join the Operations team in delivering great fan experiences for our gaming communities, on behalf of our clients or by our own initiative. You will develop and lead major gaming events for the biggest TCG (trading-card-games) brands in the world. While doing so, you remain a reliable and approachable partner for your client.

We create and deliver fan experiences for gaming communities in Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, Flesh & Blood, Disney Lorcana, One Piece, League of Legends, CS:GO, Mario Kart, Splatoon, and more!
With more than 9 nationalities in our team of 25+ dedicated gaming and esports experts, we support our communities and clients (brands, conventions, tournament organisers & game publishers) all across Europe and beyond, from our offices in Ghent (Belgium) and London (UK). You take ownership of the project from the start till the aftercare is done, and make sure we reach our targets, within budget, in a safe way and with a positive outcome for all involved parties.
You report directly to the Operations Director and work closely with the Experts of multiple departments within the company.
This position requires traveling to international events!
