We are excited to share that Fanfinity has been selected to host the season 0 Star Wars: Unlimited Regional Qualifiers in Europe. As part of our collaboration with Asmodee, we will host the biggest Star Wars: Unlimited tournament in Europe this coming May. The tournament, taking place on the weekend of May 4th, will have the capacity to host two thousand players marking a key milestone in the organised play of the Star Wars trading card game.
As the tournament organiser, we are incredibly excited to have the opportunity to further contribute to the hype of the young TCG. This Regional Qualifier is only the beginning of what is expected to be an escalating organised play environment that will only continue to improve and grow.
Star Wars: Unlimited is the official Star Wars trading card game published by Fantasy Flight Games. It was released in May 2024 and has quickly become a favourite among both Star Wars fans and TCG fans. With Fanfinity hosting the first Regional Qualifier hosted May 3-4 in Europe, and Star City Games hosting the North American counterpart in late May in Minneapolis, Star Wars: Unlimited is set for a successful 2025.
With Star Wars: Unlimited as our newest project, we are aiming to break into our sixth large community of TCG fans. Next to Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Disney Lorcana, Flesh and Blood, we hope to excite Star Wars: Unlimited players and Star Wars fans and host memorable events for them to enjoy their favourite TCG and celebrate the Star Wars franchise.
The addition of Star Wars: Unlimited organised play is an incredible achievement for us, as we continue to grow our reach in the trading card game world. We are excited to see the game and its community grow and take the world by storm.
